Typical work pieces where the "rotomat" can be applied with most excellent results. Included is a selection of typical work pieces for which the "rotomat" is the perfect operational application.
Deburring ends on steel and stainless steel pipes and profiled sections
Max work piece diameter or diagonal: 180 mm
Such work pieces are deburred by circular brushes with steel or stainless steel wire bristles.
Brushing time is 2 to 4 seconds per side.
Deburring ends on aluminum pipes and profiled sections
Max work piece diameter or diagonal: 180 mm
Aluminum work pieces are mostly deburred by circular brushes with grinding nylon bristles.
Brushing time is 2 to 5 seconds per side.
Neighboring surfaces are not affected when anodized or coated surfaces are brushed.
Deburring aluminum profiles with a height of max 160 mm and width of max 400 mm
Large dimension work pieces can be deburred with the"rotomat L".
One or several components are clamped to the oscillating table and are passed along the rotating brush.
The brush engages the work piece evenly with its whole width and therefore stays cylindrical. Optimal deburring is obtained by continuously changing brushing directions.
Irrespective of the machine operator deburring occurrs with high process precision.
Deburring large dimension steel pipes and profiled sections
Such work pieces are difficult to handle manually.
The "rotomat L" is ideally suited to deburr large dimension work pieces.
With this Brush Deburring Machine the work pieces to be deburred are passed along the rotating brush.
The brush engages the work piece evenly with its whole width and therefore it stays cylindrical. The brushing path is oriented optimally towards the edges.
With specific work pieces several components may be processed simultaneously.
Irrespective of the machine operator deburring occurrs with high process precision.
Deburring work on production parts
Production parts where the edges are located on one plane can be deburred with excellent results using the "rotomat".
Very good results are also obtained with small work pieces where the bristles brush over variations in height.
